Return Policy/Shipping PolicyShipping fees apply to all orders unless specified before checkout. In order to have a successful return of items and merchandise, customer must prove no damage to merchandise. Returns must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery. 1246 Designz will only give a full refund if the returns are within the guidelines. Discounted items are not available for returns/exchanges and all sales are final. Return and Shipping fees are paid by the customer. We do allow exchanges for different sizes while still maintaining the policies. 1246 Designz is not responsible for Carrier issues after items have been shipped.

Custom Orders:
Orders that are made when ordered can take up to 3-5 weeks for creation and Shipping. This applies to our Home Decor products.
international shipping can take between 6 to 10 days or more to be delivered after processing of order and payment confirmation.
Hours of operation are for Custom Orders Only. Customers may Place orders via site 24 hours a day. Items are not shipped on weekends.

Once service is provided after full payment, customer has 10 working days to comply with our return/exchange policy.
