Custom Designs Policy

1246 designz creates custom designs as they are ordered. each design is carefully made in a timely fashion. each design is approved by the customer before clothing is made. 1246 designz requires all customers to make a deposit on the custom design they wish to have made. some orders require 50% deposit and others such as higher cost designs require 75% deposit. 

custom design process

once the customer speaks with our fashion designer Danni rokmor and they have approved their design with the designer, an invoice will be sent via email for payment of their deposit to start the order. our orders and payments are processed through a secure site. custom designs can take from 14-21 days for making and shipping. we do have the option of rush orders for an additional fee.

 All of our custom Designs which includes our swimwear  are custom made and take 14-21 days for making and shipping. 

returns, alterations & exchanges

Shipping fees apply to all orders unless specified before checkout. In order to have a successful return of items and merchandise, customer must prove no damage to merchandise. Returns must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery. 1246 Designz will only give a full refund if the returns are within the guidelines. Discounted items are not available for returns/exchanges and all sales are final. Return and Shipping fees are paid by the customer. for customs designs we allow alterations within 10 days of delivery of clothing. customer must contact 1246 Designz via email with their issues and concerns. clothing will only be altered for free If there was a mistake on 1246 designz side. otherwise there will be a fee for alterations, size up or down. if you have any other questions and concerns please contact us at 1246clothingdesignz@gmail.com
